This sling is adjustable from about 32 inches to 40 inches simply by unscrewing and moving the location of the Chicago screws and then sliding down the leather keeper. The Chicago screws are solid brass with a black finish. Handmade one at a time in our shop in Detroit, Michigan. No machines are used in the process. Each sling is cut and the holes are punched using hand tools. A note about our sling swivels: The nut is free spinning, which means that when the nut is tightened to close it, the nut will spin freely until positively engaged. In other words, the nut is not supposed to tighten down. That is an intentional product design to help prevent accidental opening.
